We ship everywhere in Canada, including NWT and Nunavut. Most orders ship via Canada Post. Shipping cost is displayed in your cart and during checkout.
We ship to the U.S.A. and a number of European and Asian countries as well as Australia. Please email us for shipping rates.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We get it, shopping online is fun, especially while in your pajamas! And we understand that when you order something nice, you can’t wait to receive it! We make every effort to get your product to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.
Delivery time is calculated according to actual business days and does not include weekends and holidays. Delivery time is estimated by the carrier and is not guaranteed. Delivery time does not include processing and fulfilling time required to take care of your order at our facility.
We accept Amex, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. Payment can be made through our secure shopping cart. If you are still concerned, please choose to checkout with Paypal.

You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to your selected method of payment.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you're unhappy with a product, please contact the store directly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
Returned goods must be in unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage or packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not mail your item to us before receiving return instructions from us. Refunds are issued upon inspection of the parcels and items. Inbound and outbound shipping costs are customer's responsibility.
Refund covers the purchase price of merchandise and any applicable sales tax. Custom products and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We recommend returning your items via methods that can either be tracked or provide proof of delivery. We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit.
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Yet sometimes, shit happens. If damage has occurred to the product(s), please let us know within 10 days from delivery to arrange for a replacement. The next one is on us!
